Topkapı University, formerly known as Istanbul Ayvansaray University, is one of the top foundation universities in Turkey. The university has expanded over time from a single building to five fully-equipped campuses located in different areas of Istanbul, including Kazlıçeşme, Balat, Yenibosna, Şişli, and Levent. The extensive campus offers green spaces, cafeterias, and restaurants for students to socialize and enjoy leisure activities.
The university is also equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories for health sciences, engineering, and arts, as well as computer labs.

Topkapı University Faculties
Istanbul Topkapı University provides a diverse range of majors, excluding medical fields, which includes subjects in design, art, sports, and more. The university comprises five faculties, namely:
- Faculty of Engineering
- Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture
- Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences
- Faculty of Sports Sciences
- Faculty of Health Sciences
In addition, the university houses the Aflatoun Vocational School, which offers professional diploma programs, and the Institute of Graduate Studies in Education.
